OUT LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

  1. For android users, go to Google Play and search for " OUTLeMs "
  2. (Iphone users) Go to your App store or and search for Moodle Mobile
  3. Download and install it on your phone
  4. Then enter site URL, you type https://elms.out.ac.tz
  5. Type your username and password and click "Sign In
